Received and was pleased with these plus overall. They are not too bulky and I wanted to replace some old timers (these are certainly smaller than traditional timers). I finally got it to register on app through WiFi had no issues connecting with my Alexa/Echo account and setting up timer so lamp to go on/off. Also added to a couple other outlets to turn off to save power when not in use. I like that the timer doesn't have to be reset if power goes off like older traditional timers. Smart plugs in general aren't cheap so I won't be outfitting my whole home, but will definitely purchase more for specific electrical items I'd like to be able to turn on/off especially when traveling.

These are the best “off-brand” smart outlets I’ve ever used! I’ve tried VOCOlinc and eteckcity and iDevices with success, but never as easily as with these gadgets. Here’s the important info though: they work great with Alexa but not with Siri. Also, you need to have a dedicated 2.4 GHz network. Installing the recommended app is a good idea. The app does a great job at guiding you through connecting to the smart plug. Just make sure you connect your phone to the same 2.4 GHz network your outlets will use.

I’ve heard friends talk about these smart plugs and how cool they are. I just had to see for myself. Hubby is so tired when he gets home from work so I decided to purchase these to make his life just a little bit easier when he gets home. They were pretty easy to set up. I was able to do it all by myself, effortlessly. (I am not tech savvy at all)

The item is very easy to set up. The app is easy to use. No problem to use for small home items such as lights. Won't recommend it if you have high-power devices.

I don’t really have a point of reference for comparison, but these plugs were incredibly easy to setup and seamlessly integrate with Alexa! I ordered one set to check them out and quickly ordered a second set. I’m currently using them for the Christmas tree, our china cabinet, curio cabinet and 2 bedroom nightstand lamps - working flawlessly! Again, I can’t say that they are better or worse than others, but I can say that they are working perfectly and that I would not hesitate to buy more or recommend them to others.

Connecting to Alexa was similarly easy. Cloud Intelligence pairs nicely with Alexa. Device names were updated almost instantly (other apps struggle with this). The devices respond quickly to Alexa commands. I am really impressed by these outlets. As long as you remember about the networks, these things are 6 stars out of five!

these plugs perform well, are well sized, and are VERY affordable. And they even have a button on the plug so that they can be easily controlled locally. They're also very easy to set up -- just hold that same button for 5 or so seconds, and make the connection using the SmartLife app.

I Used one of these to control his fan in the bedroom. It is so nice to turn the TV off and then tell Alexa to turn on THE FAN!! White noise from the fan is so sleep inducing for him.. but not for me, so once he’s asleep I can tell the fan to shut off without having to get out of bed.. Use it to ask Alexa to turn off the floor lamp, which he always forgets to do once he’s in bed as well. The conveniences are endless.. planning on ordering more! Amazing price! For such a wonderful gadget! Highly recommended

First one works perfect and was a breeze to set up. But it won’t power my T-Mobile gateway for some reason. Works fine with the coffee pot.
